Slouchy Army 1

This is Jordan. He adopted so many Slouchies (and other animals) when they first started arriving! Thank goodness for him. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to take care of them all!

A Productive? Day

Today was fairly uneventful, but still fun. :) And I'd like to think that I was productive. The Slouchies and I all watched the first season of Heroes today. So many questions from them afterwards, but it was still enlightening for everyone.

Spent most of the day on my DeviantArt page, joining different groups and advertising. I am currently doing an art trade with the wonderful Kat250. I can't WAIT to get my LolliDoll. :D

Here are some of the newest Slouchies to join the crew, all still up for adoption at my Etsy page:

These Slouchies have recently been adopted, but I hope that their new owners will send pictures of them in their new homes so that their Slouchy friends can see how they're doing. :)

Azure the Musically Inclined Slouchy

One of the Slouchies that was recently adopted is having the time of his life! My friend John came to visit not too long ago and discovered my place being overrun by aliens. I told him the story and he was moved! He decided to help one of the Slouchies to find enlightenment. He became fond of the Abominable Blue Snow Slouchy, who he adopted and named Azure.

You can check out John's blog here and watch for Azure's adventures in North Carolina!

Help me stay my own boss and help these aliens find homes!! <3

A new way of life

It's been quite awhile since I've posted.  Honestly, my life has been consumed with trying to find these aliens homes, work, school, and managing a barely-active social life.  But no more...

I quit my job Wednesday.  I thought I could still try and keep a fairly normal life while keeping these little aliens somewhat secret, trying to find homes for them through online marketplaces and leaving them in random places (don't judge me!).  But I have grown attached to them... and they KEEP SHOWING UP!  I have no more room... and it is clear to me that I have to invest as much of my time as possible to try and do this thing right.

I've come to realize that not only are these little aliens in need of homes, but they also have a lot to teach us.

I will be attempting to release the story of these little Slouchies soon.  It was posted for awhile, but I figured it was too much to read.  So I will be trying to illustrate it and hopefully post a webcomic sometime in the near future.
If anyone adopts any Slouchies from now on, I am including their story in the packaging...

I'm hoping I'm able to find homes for all of these little guys...

I can't take it anymore!

Alright, it's been awhile and I've tried to be calm and make this work.  But I can't do this anymore!  They just keep showing up!  I have no more room and no more time and no more attention to give!
